Saba’s coastline is a marine reserve
Mooring and anchoring prohibited, except in
reserved areas where there are yellow and
blue buoys. White and orange buoys are
reserved for dive clubs.
Spear fishing is forbidden and subject to heavy
fines. Diving only with local clubs. For further
